Welcome to beauty and wellness with Papa Bear. This document is a digital record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules concerning electronic records as amended.

These are our terms and conditions for the use of the Papa Bear application. We are a registered company in Kerala, India. Our registered office is at Papa Bear, Unique Beauty Solution, Njanikkal Building, Brahmapuram (P.O), Ernakulam, Kerala, India, 682303.

Terms of Use

The following terms govern your use of the Papa Bear website and application for iOS and Android devices. We refer to them collectively as the "platform".

You must read and accept these terms before using our services. By downloading, installing, or accessing the platform, you enter into a contract with Papa Bear.

"We", "Us", or "Company" refers to the Papa Bear platform. "You" or "Your" refers to any user who becomes a Papa Bear member.

Services

Papa Bear facilitates cash and online transactions between partners and customers. Partners can showcase their services on our platform. Customers can search, select, and book appointments.

We may update these terms anytime. Updated terms will be visible on our platform.

Registration & Booking Fee

Papa Bear currently does not charge registration or booking fees. However, the company may introduce such fees with prior notification.

Payments

Users can make both offline and online payments. Cash payments are completed at the service center. Online payments are required to confirm appointments.

Taxation

All services and prices shown on the platform include 18% GST under the Government of India’s Finance Act and GST Constitution Amendment Act, 2017.

Cancellation & Refund

Customers may cancel appointments anytime. Full refunds are issued within seven business days.

The first three cancellations are free. A fee of 5% + GST applies from the fourth cancellation onwards.

Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule appointments at no extra cost. The company reserves the right to modify this policy.

Rebooking

Rebooking is allowed through both the website and application after cancellation.

Customer Policies

• Rebooking is available after cancellations.
• Reschedule with the same center for the same services.
• 5% + GST deduction after three consecutive cancellations.
• After three cash payment cancellations, only online payment is allowed.
• All prices include 18% GST.

Partner Policies

• Partners act as service providers for customers seeking beauty and wellness centers.
• Partners must accept all terms, conditions, and policies.
• Minimum ₹500 is required to withdraw earnings.
• Withdrawals are processed within seven days.
• 5% commission applies to all confirmed bookings.
• Partners are responsible for all incidents at their centers.
• Priority is given to app-booked customers.
• Premium upgrade required to post ads, coupons, and vouchers.
• Admin approval needed for promotional content.
• Complaints may lead to temporary suspension until resolved.
• Service visibility depends on reviews and ratings.
• Partners must update service details before accepting bookings.
• If unavailable, partners must inform and reschedule customers.
• Work status updates are mandatory.
• Customer data must remain confidential.
• New subcategories require admin approval.

Legal Policy

• All incidents at centers are the responsibility of the owners or managers.
• All legal matters involving Papa Bear fall under Kochi jurisdiction.
• The Papa Bear registered logo cannot be misused.
