Papa Bear Private Limited operates solely as a platform service provider that enables product listing, promotion, and sales through the Papa Bear App. Please read the following shipping and delivery terms carefully.

• Papa Bear Private Limited is not responsible for product manufacturing, quality, packaging, delivery, shipping, tracking, returns, or warranties.
• All responsibilities related to product delivery, order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking lie entirely with the respective product company or seller.
• Only authorized and approved representatives who have signed the required legal agreement are permitted to list and sell products on the Papa Bear App.
• Product sellers are solely responsible for ensuring product authenticity, accuracy of information, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Any product-related issues, complaints, damages, or disputes shall be handled directly by the respective product company or seller. Papa Bear Private Limited shall not be held liable for such matters.
