Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to adjust your plans. Papa Bear admits to helping our customers as far
as possible and has a simple and customer and partner-focused cancellation & refund policy.
- Customers can cancel their appointment at any time.
- When customers cancel their appointments, we issue a full refund within seven business days.
- The customer will also receive a full refund when their appointment is not confirmed.
- If the customer does not cancel the booking and visits the service provider
at the scheduled time, the refund will depend on the discretion and
policies of our partner in this case.
- There are no cancellation charges for the first three appointments.
- We will deduct 5% +GST amount from the service amount when you are
trying to cancel your appointment after three cancellation attempts.
- If you cancel one of the multiple services booked in a single appointment, the amount for that service
will be fully refunded.
- We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are delayed.
If you are late again, your booking will automatically be canceled, and we
will provide a full refund.
- The customer has the option to reschedule instead of canceling the appointment.
